What does my base pool package include?

Base price includes $500 permit allowance, standard color pool shell, normal excavation, transportation, installation, plumbing 35' run from equipment, grading, standard electrical hookup includes 50’ run from panel, 4’ perimeter concrete decking, Machine grade 6' from pool deck, stainless steel handrail, 2 returns, 2 main drains, skimmer, 2-speed energy efficient pump, cartridge filter, equipment pad, vac pole, head, hose & skim net, wall brush, test kit & startup chemicals.

*Not Included - Coping Choice, Pool Water, Soil Removal Offsite, Tree Stump Removal, Existing Patio Demo.
