This project included a 2-story deck, a covered front porch with custom trimmed columns, and a full waterproof system — all built with Trex composite decking. LandPro designed and constructed the entire structure, integrating the waterproof system between floors to keep the lower level completely dry and usable year-round.
Trex decking was chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and clean finished look. From the covered front porch to the upper deck, every level was built to perform and built to last — two distinct outdoor spaces tied together in one seamless build.
The homeowners now have a backyard that works as hard as they do — a space built for real life, real gatherings, and real memories.
